There is probably nothing as powerful as having to go through a painful break up. Break ups have that way of making us reassess our selves and reevaluate the way we see life. The experience of going through a break up can really stir anyone and make even the toughest jocks tear up.
When a heart gets broken, it often craves for advice whether they are solicited or unsolicited, good or bad. And often, the most common advices have something to do with letting go and moving on.

One other important thing is to always remember special dates. Whether it is Christmas or her birthday, always make sure that you send her a greeting card or a small present.
Women can never resist being remembered. They have that innate desire to hold a special place in any man's heart.
