Men are egocentric that just one slice of it means a lot to them what more if you've done this deceitful act? It's a big deal. So if you want to win him over, it's going to take a long way and you have to exert all your effort and precious time just to prove to him you want to start over.
There are no right words to say to stabilize the situation or to make him feel better. The cut is too deep to heal it with words. Your actions are more recognized than sweet promises.
If you already set a target or a goal, reach it. Try to fix your interest to the things you should do to win back his love and trust. Disregard the things that would hinder your plans. Show him that you are willing to give up everything to be with him.
But how do you win him back and get that second chance that you want so bad?
Be Productive and Enthusiastic
Show him some things that would remind him of the past and the way you used to be - happy. Talk about the moments you shared in laughter. How contented you were before. Lay the cards to let him know how much you love him.
Avoid Unfavorable thoughts
Discuss to your partner his qualities that made you decide winning him back and dumping the other guy. It's not that easy but you have to explain every detail if possible, that way, he'll listen and have the chance to consider it. Assure him that you won't do the same mistake and convince him that cheating helped in a way of making you realize how much you love him.
Latch on to the Affirmative
Now is the time to affirm all the reasons you love him. Don't just point out the reasons you prefer him but all the reasons why your husband is your world. This is when you want to be liberal with praise and outright flattery. Laugh at all of his jokes - no matter how much you are groaning inside. Fall in love with him all over again and he'll have a hard time not falling in love with you a second time.
