Approaching girls is one of the biggest obstacles a guy faces when they see a girl they like. This is a very difficult thing to do. Before you approach a girl, it's a good idea to get some confidence built up to overcome the anxiety of approaching a girl. Figure out what you are going to say and where you are going to meet before approaching any girl.
Let's slowly breakdown this problem one bit at a time.

I have to be honest with you for a second. Most guys have difficulty talking to girls. Some guys don't have this problem, making them very lucky. Just approaching a girl can ruin the chances a guy has with a girl.
Ask yourself, what is holding you back from approaching a girl. Do you think you're ugly or something? Do you think you will have nothing to say? Figure out the problem and work on improving it.
Dressing better and working out to lose weight is one step toward feeling better about your looks. If you are not good at talking or sparking a conversation, create some small talk with strangers.
How to approach girls.
Some guys just don't know where to find the women. Rather funny how that works, seeing as 50% of the earth's population is with women. Take my word, women are everywhere. Finding them won't be hard. They're literally everywhere!
The location plays a huge role when it comes to approaching girls. Have something in common with the girl, at a place, and strike a conversation. The location of where you approach a girl can make a big difference.
If you join a group or a hobby club, it should be even easier to find a great reason to approach a girl. Questions like, how long have you been coming to this group, will be easier to say.
Approaching Girls.
Are you ready? There she is, across the room. What are you going to do next?
You need to have something to say. Find a good excuse to go up and talk to her Look for something that just cries out for you to go over and talk to her. Does she have on an unusual outfit or is she doing something out of the ordinary?
If you can't find a good reason to talk to her, you're probably no thinking hard enough. Having a few good PUA openers memorized will bail you out if you see nothing to strike up a conversation with her.
Assuming you've got something to say to her and you've got yourself motivated, there really is no excuse not to make the approach. Start talking to her and see if this is someone you would want to get to know better. If you two hit it off, get the girl's phone number and ask her out later.
That's what you need to do to approach girls. Get over the approach anxiety and you will not have any trouble talking to girls. It can change your life and boost your overall confidence. Getting to know someone new is an exciting adventure! Take the time to talk, because you never know where it might lead to. Heck! This women might just end up being your next girlfriend.
